Illamasqua Cream Pigment "Bedaub" Review

Hello beauties,

As the title says, today I'm going to do a review about Illamasqua cream pigment especially the "Bedaub" cream pigment.

Illamasqua cream pigment you can use it for multi-purpose. Illamasqua cream pigment has variety of purposes like: for the eyes, lips, cheek depends on the colour of the cream pigment.
I have got a chance to try on "Bedaub" and I have to say that it's pretty not bad for a multi-purpose product. It's a bit tricky to use though.

The price for a full size cream pigment at The Bay Vancouver is $26. With Bedaub, it's also in one of Illamasqua eyeshadow palette called Fundamental Palette. It will last for a very long time ^.^ with just that small of amount in the palette.

With Bedaub, even though it's said to work as eye primer, I find that it creases after 15-20 minutes by itself. I expect eye primer to be able to stand alone by itself but this one doesn't. You cannot use cream eyeshadow on top of this product because it will crease even more.

***The trick to use this product without getting crease is: apply it on top of another eyeshadow (beige, natural, matte finish) so that the product has something to grab onto and it will stay where it's placed. Remember, not to use too much of the cream.
However, the good side of this product is that you can use it for neutralize the redness, normally like break out. For some reason, I find that Bedaub tends to stay on on the face better than on the eyelids. You can apply it before applying on your foundation.

Also, you may want to try this product on the lips as well if you want to creep people out ^.^ It's kind of funny to play around with the product ;)
The texture is quite thick, so you only need a small amount, even less than the amount of concealer you would put on every time. If you want the colour to be more intense, you can apply more layers, but don't blend because the colour won't stay. Instead, just dab the pigment on top of one another.

My cream pigment is in this palette ^.^. In this palette, I get to try a little bit of everything. The palette has:
- Bedaub cream pigment
- 2 powder eyeshadow yellow & purple
- Liquid metal eyeshadow (which is in creamy texture)

Overall, I really like the cream pigment even though it's a bit tricky to use; but when you master it, it turns out to be a really nice colour enhancing, or neutralizing skin...

I hope you ladies enjoy my review about the product. Please share with me your thoughts if you ever try this product. All your feedback and suggestion are greatly appreciated.

Until my next post, have a wonderful Thursday everyone. Weekend is approaching again!!!
